What are the requirements to confirm a shoot?Proof of Insurance (COI and Endorsement), Payment in full, Film Permit and Signed Contract are required to confirm a shoot.

Are you close to Los Angeles?Yes! Most of our locations are only about 1 hour from the studio zone.

What industries do you serve?We serve all creative industries. From small 5 person music video crews to full Studio Features – we’ve assisted Film/TV, Still Shoots, and Commercials. Check out some of our clients.

What other services do you offer?In addition to local scouting and site representation, we offer local location related services including neighborhood notifications, “no parking” signage, directional signage, and sign removal.

How often do films shoot in the mountain areas?All the time! We have about 4-5 productions visit the mountains a month.

Does listing my property mean it’s going to be used?While we cannot guarantee use of any properties for films — it all depends on what fits the scripts — we are constantly expanding the database prequalifying properties as ‘film friendly locations’ so we can relay them quickly to industry professionals when the time comes.
